Eligibility

Age
25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.25-35 years old healthy men; 2.No history of smoking and alcoholism; 3.No history of taking drugs in the past 1 month; 4.BMI range: 20-23kg/cm2; 5.No history of trauma or surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe aortic valve insufficiency; 2. Dissecting aneurysm; 3. Significant pulmonary hypertension; 4. Various bleeding diseases or bleeding tendencies, or anticoagulants, INR>2.0; 5. Various heart valve diseases or congenital heart diseases with cardiac insufficiency; 6. Active phlebitis and venous thrombosis; 7. The limbs of counterpulsation are infected; 8. Uncontrolled hypertension (>170/110mmHg); 9. Uncontrolled arrhythmias, including frequent premature fluctuations; 10. Severe left heart failure; 11. Severe arterial occlusive disease of lower extremities.
