Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020 Edition), it meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes: typical diabetes symptoms, plus random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L, or plus fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, or plus OGTT 2h blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L, or plus HbA1c >= 6.5%; 2. Aged over 60; 3. Have normal cognitive ability; 4. There are no other complications of diabetes and the condition and medication plan are stable; 5. No other cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases; 6. Stable eating habits, no long-term smoking, drinking and other bad habits; 7. No gastrointestinal symptoms or diseases such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, etc., and no previous gastrointestinal surgery history; 8. In the past month, they did not take antibacterial drugs, gastrointestinal motility drugs and other drugs and foods that affect gastrointestinal flora; 9. Volunteer to participate in 12 week exercise intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Fasting blood glucose >= 16.8mmol/L, with ketone bodies; 3. Complications of diabetes, such as diabetes nephropathy, diabetes foot, diabetes fundus disease, diabetes ketoacidosis, etc; 4. Patients with severe infection and oxidative stress; 5. Those with neurological or psychiatric diseases, personality and intellectual disorders, and serious lack of communication and expression ability; 6. Sports contraindication; 7. Uncontrolled hypertension.
