Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It met the diagnostic criteria of chronic liver failure in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 edition) : (1) Serum TBil increased, often <10×ULN; (2) Albumin (Alb) decreased significantly; (3) Platelet decreased significantly, PTA=40% (or INR=1.5), and other reasons were excluded; (4) Refractory ascites or portal hypertension; (5) Hepatic encephalopathy. 2. they were conscious and fit for a simple physical examination; 3. they agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients combined with liver cancer and other malignant tumors, 2. Combined with activity of gastrointestinal bleeding, patients with intestinal obstruction to fast, among others, 3. Combined with hyperthyroidism, JiaJian, affect the energy metabolism in secretory diseases such as diabetes, 4. With heart, lung, kidney and other important viscera function is not complete, and 5. Supplements allergies, 6. Intravenous or oral administration of amino acid and protein preparations within 2 weeks before admission
