Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult female, diagnosed as breast cancer by preoperative pathology or breast cancer by intraoperative frozen pathology, without any history of other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with early breast cancer whose clinical stages are stage I and II according to the American Cancer Council (AJCC), or who meet breast conserving conditions after preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. Patients who can receive standardized follow-up treatment without giving up halfway, such as postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy and endocrine therapy; 4. The patient is willing to preserve breast milk; 5. Those who have follow-up conditions and receive postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. For patients who originally planned to perform breast conserving surgery, if the margins submitted for examination during the operation were positive, the margins submitted for examination were still positive after the positive margins were expanded again; 2. The second time the cut edge was negative, but the remaining tissue volume could not meet the requirements of cosmetic effect; 3. Other situations that are not suitable for breast conserving surgery according to clinical judgment.
