Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. Right handedness; 3. The vision is normal or corrected to normal; 4. No serious physical and mental diseases (PHQ-9 total score < 20 points, GAD-7 total score < 11 points); 5. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors (based on the similarity of the class process and the potential academic pressure of "mainly completing the school examination", the freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are preferred "no internship, graduation thesis, and other factors").

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with asthma, contact dermatitis and allergy to silica gel; 2. Those who have taken steroids in recent 3 months; 3. Have practiced any meditation or yoga, tai chi or qigong for more than 20 hours in the past year or lifetime, participated in meditation or yoga meditation, and participated in any meditation courses; 4. Those who are not suitable for EEG (such as those with metal implants and severe head injuries); 5. PHQ-9 total score = 20 points; 6. GAD-7 total score = 11 points; 7. Those who advocate specific religious beliefs, so that they can not meditate in accordance with the needs of the curriculum.
