Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with an average age of birth of (7.15 ± 10.25) days; 2. Body weight > 2500g; 3. Pregnancy>37 weeks; 4. Apgar score is greater than 7 at 1 1min at birth; 5. The parents of the child agree and sign to accept kangaroo care, and can insist on going to the hospital for kangaroo care every day during hospitalization, and the mother/father has a good understanding, and the mother/father has no mental and infectious diseases; 6. To determine the diagnosis of duodenal obstruction in neonates and perform surgical treatment without serious postoperative complications such as short bowel syndrome and wound fistula; 7. There was no shock or serious infection in the children after operation; 8. The child has no congenital genetic and metabolic diseases and severe heart, kidney, liver and other organ diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe infection and other factors that require reoperation in the recovery period after surgery; 2. KMC is required to be terminated due to mother/father or family reasons.
