18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. Meet one of the following diagnoses in DSM-5: primary insomnia or depression and generalized anxiety disorder; 3. Moderate or severe; 4. Have not taken antidepressants or sleep aids in the past two weeks, or have taken drugs but the current symptoms are still obvious.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant with other types of neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. History of traumatic brain injury or surgery; 3. Suicidal behavior, obvious suicidal ideation; 4. EEG or MRI contraindications; 5. Pregnancy or lactation.
