60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 60 years old and have access to community health service centers on their own; 2. Diagnosed as SCD by the International Association for Cognitive Decline and MCI by Peterson criteria; 3. Stable condition and ability to cooperate with the investigation; 4. Agree and sign informed consent; 5. The level of physical activity is lower than the recommended level of World Health Organization guidelines;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Depression; 2. The elderly have potential safety problems (researchers used the Physical Activity Readiness Scale (PAR-Q) to evaluate the sports safety of participants, and the answer "yes" to any item indicates the elderly have potential safety problems).
