Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old; 2. Pathologically proven locally advanced, metastatic, or recurrent solid malignancies that have failed standard therapy, are unable to benefit from standard therapy as assessed by oncologists, or are unwilling to undergo standard therapy; 3. At least one measurable lesion under PET/CT evaluation; 4. Expected survival period is more than 3 months; 5. Physical condition ECOG score 0-2 points; 6. No serious abnormal blood system, heart and lung function, good blood system and end-organ function: ANC >= 1500 mm3, platelets >= 100,000/mm3, hemoglobin >= 9 g/dL, serum creatinine 50 mL/min; bilirubin <= 1.5 mg/dL; alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST) <= 2.5 times the upper limit of normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received chemotherapy or targeted therapy within 2 weeks; 2. Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency; 3. Oxalic acid kidney stones; 4. Patients with high iron load, hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis; 5. Active heart disease and other uncontrolled serious diseases; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
