Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and motor dysfunction confirmed by CT or MRI examination (course duration >=1 month), aged 40-80 years. The diagnostic criteria are in accordance with the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch (2005) diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases. They are classified according to the Oxfordshire Stroke Project classification, that is, the Bamford classification and the clinical treatment is performed according to the stroke scheme. At the same time do clinical records, including typing, course and functional stages, lesions, etc .; 2. Right-handed patients (based on the Edinburgh Handedness Scales scale); 3. Brunnstrom stage >= 3 stages; 4. Modified Ashworth score of hemiplegic elbow flexor in the range of 1-2; 5. Sufficient joint mobility on the hemiplegia side: elbow extension>=30 degrees, wrist extension >=20 degrees; metacarpophalangeal joints extension>=10 degrees; Sufficient passive range of motion of hemiplegic joint; 6. MMT grade of the hemiplegic upper limb >=3, have the ability to perform voluntary contraction of the upper limb; 7. No severe cognitive dysfunction (scored according to the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale); Intact auditory and visual sense to follow the instructions during the test; 8. The patient signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure; malignant progressive hypertension; respiratory failure; 2. With limb fractures; 3. History of mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs; 4. Serious neglect of lateral space; 5. Cerebellum and brainstem injury.
