In CSC patients, the inclusion criteria were macular SRD, fundus Fluorescein Angiography (FFA) showed one or more sites of high fluorescence leakage, and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) showed choroidal vessels in various degrees in the affected area; 3. Patients were examined by BCVA and OCTA; 4. If both eyes meet the above criteria, the eye with higher SRD detachment was selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other ocular diseases that may affect retinal microvasculature and structure, such as secondary CNV, wet age-related macular degeneration, polypoid choroidal vasculopathy, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, high myopia, moderate to severe cataract, glaucoma, etc.; 2. Previous treatment including photodynamic therapy (PDT), traditional laser therapy, micro-pulse laser therapy, oral NR3C2 antagonist, intravitreal injection of vascular endothelial growth factor therapy, etc.; 3. Previous history of internal eye surgery; 4. Previous history of corticosteroid use; 5. With other serious organic lesions; 6. OCT and OCTA image quality below 7/10.
