Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who collected fasting serum were as follows: PCOS patients and healthy control women were included. (1) The diagnostic criteria for PCOS adopts the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria established by the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) in 2003; 2. Inclusion criteria for patients who collected follicular fluid were as follows: (1) Inclusion criteria for control group: age <=35 years old, male factor infertility or female tubal/pelvic factor infertility; (2) PCOS group inclusion criteria: age <=35 years old, PCOS-compliant Rotterdam Diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients who collected fasting serum were as follows: Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) and other hyperandrogenic diseases were excluded, and there was no history of taking hormone drugs within the past three months; 2. The exclusion criteria for patients with follicular fluid collection are as follows: decreased ovarian reserve, endometriosis, adenomyosis, hyperthyroidism/Cushing syndrome/hyperprolactinemia and other metabolic disorders, history of ovarian tumors, ovarian surgery history, androgen-secreting tumors, female chromosomal abnormalities, etc.
