Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing unilateral upper limb surgery at Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2. Aged 1-12 years, ASA grade I-II, BMI 18-23kg/m2, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction, anticoagulation therapy, local anesthetic allergy, puncture site infection, clavicle surgery history, hand nerve injury, hand sensory disturbance, mental disability, patients who need bilateral surgery and whose parents refuse to participate in this experimental study.
