18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, aged 18-75 years, scheduled for elective minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting in our hospital; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification II-III; 3. There is no contraindication of peripheral nerve block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function and thrombocytopenia; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Allergy or intolerance to local anesthetic drugs; 4. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. BMI>=40; 6. Emergency surgery; 7. A history of long-term use of opioids (more than 3 months, or a daily oral equivalent dose of morphine >5mg for more than 1 month); 8. Complicated with chronic pain syndrome; 9. Co-existing mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
