Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants are 6-8 months old; 2. registered residence or floating population (who will not leave Yiwu in the next 3 months); 3. Mother can read and communicate in Mandarin, use WeChat through mobile phone, and have Internet access conditions; 4. Informed consent and active cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children have structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube malformation, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc; 2. The mother refused to provide the mobile phone number and/or Wechat and/or was unable to follow up by telephone.
