Controlled group:IMRT radiotherapy(40Gy/20 fraction)

Controlled group:Concurrent chemotherapy (paclitaxel 50mg/m2+cisplatin 25mg/m2),d1,d8,d15,d22

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically proven thymic tumor (B2, B3 and thymic carcinoma); 2. T stage: T2 and T3 (according to the TNM staging system of UICC and judged by CT\MRI); 3. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 4. with normal hepatic and renal function as well as bone marrow reservation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled para-neoplastic syndrome (such as MG;PRCA); 2. Active pulmonary inflammation or massive pleural effusion.
