Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. NSCLC patients without driver gene mutation confirmed by pathological examination; 2. Patients with stage IV clinical staging according to AJCCv8th staging criteria are required to meet the requirements of patients with systemic lymph node metastasis, subcutaneous metastasis, and visceral metastasis except hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes; 3. No serious organic diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney or blood system, in line with the indications of radiotherapy; 4. No contraindications to the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors such as autoimmune diseases; 5. Can cooperate with radiotherapy; 6. The expected survival time is greater than 3 months; 7 G.PS score greater than 70, or an ECOGS score of 0-2; 8. Age 18 years or older; 9. Obtain the consent of patients or their legal representatives to sign informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of radiation therapy; 2. Have received or are receiving immune checkpoint therapy; 3. History of other malignant tumors within 5 years; 4. Complications of uncontrolled infectious diseases; 5. History of congenital or acquired immunodeficiency disease; 6. History of autoimmune diseases; 7. Mental disorders or mental disorders that cannot be treated; 8. Patients with serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, digestive and urinary diseases that do not meet the indications of radiotherapy.
