18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-70 years old; 2. Patients clinically diagnosed with hypertension, including those who have been diagnosed with hypertension and are taking antihypertensive drugs, or those who have not taken antihypertensive drugs but have increased blood pressure (systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg) without organic diseases such as heart, brain and kidney; 3. Having WeChat account and daily use; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation are available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-experimental research objects; 2. Hospitalized patients; 3. Having serious physical or mental illness, unable to cooperate this study.
