18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old, <80 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed as papillary thyroid microcarcinoma by ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration biopsy; 3. Patients without cervical radiation history; 4. Patients with contraindications or refusing surgery; 5. Patients who refused long-term active follow-up observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cervical lymph node or distant metastasis found by ultrasound or CT; 2. Patients suffering from other malignant diseases; 3. Patients with severe coagulopathy; 4. Patients cannot cooperate with the operation because of mental or physical problems; 5. Patients or family members refuse to participate the research; 6. Patients who are unable to understand and cooperate with the questionnaire.
