Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed congenital heart disease surgery;? The positive inotropic drug score was greater than or equal to 20 points within 6 hours after cicU [11].? Endotracheal intubation was indwelled in the room after surgery;? Family members sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital digestive tract malformation (such as congenital esophageal atresia, diaphragmatic hernia, duodenal obstruction, hiatal hernia, congenital megacolon, etc.) without surgical treatment; 2. A history of gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal surgery, gastrostomy and jejunostomy, etc., 2 weeks before surgery; 3. Suspected or diagnosed NEC before surgery, main diagnostic points of NEC: clinical symptoms of abdominal distension, vomiting, bloody stools, lethargy, poor reaction, etc. Abdominal x-rays showed interwall gas, submucosal "bubble sign", portal venous gas, and pneumoperitoneum sign, dilatation of the bowel, thickening of the bowel wall, and peritoneal effusion; 4. four coagulation tests were 1.5 times higher than the normal value.
