Group B:Use ANORO with conventional inhalation method (recommended in the drug manual)
Group C:Control group without ANORO inhalation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Disease diagnostic criteria in line with the 2020 GOLD guideline; 2. First use of olexin inhalation device; 3. Be able to complete various operations and tests of this study; 4. After treatment, the patient's condition was stable, and was about to leave the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have hypoxemia and need continuous oxygen inhalation; 2. Besides COPD, there are other diseases that affect drug use; 3. Diseases that are allergic to ANORO or have obvious side effects after use; 4. Patients with severe milk protein allergy
