Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pcystic ovary syndrome was confirmed according to the 2003 diagnostic criteria of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE/ASRM) in Rotterdam, as follows: After excluding other known endocrine system related gonadal diseases (such as congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, androgen-secreting tumors, and Cushing syndrome), a diagnosis can be made if any 2 of the following 3 criteria are met: (1) Thin ovulation and/or anovulation; (2) Clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenemia and/or hyperandrogenemia; (3) Ultrasonography revealed polycystic ovarian changes, i.e., >=12 follicles 2-9mm in diameter and/or >=10ml in ovarian volume on one or both ovaries. 2.IR criteria: In all patients undergoing hyperinsulin-positive glucose clamp examination, those whose M value was less than 6.286 mg/kg/min were classified as IR, while those whose M value was greater than 6.28 mg/kg/min were classified as non-IR.
