20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cirrhosis of the esophagus and gastric fundus varicose ligation, who want to undergo gastroscopy review; 2. Patients aged 20 to 80 years; 3. Agree to receive painless gastroscopy and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade IV or V; 2. Long-term use of analgesic or sedative drugs; 3. Hepatic encephalopathy; 4. Neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease; 5. Allergic to benzodiazepines or opioids; 6. Refusing to sign informed consent.
