Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End-stage patients; 2. Have accepted systemic palliative care; 3. The presence of one or more intractable symptoms and unbearable pain; 4. There is a subjective willingness to accept palliative sedation (the patient himself or his agent applies).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are reversible factors causing painful symptoms that have not been corrected; 2. Refusing to sign the study informed consent.
