18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent signed by the subject voluntarily or by his/her family; 2. Patients with Crohn's disease who aged >=18 years and <65 years and have undergone open surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA>=IV; 2. Received continuous infusion of vasoactive drugs before surgery; 3. Heart-related history (NYHA > Grade 2, sinus tachycardia after pacemaker implantation); 4. Patients with renal insufficiency (receiving renal replacement therapy or blood Scr > 130µg/L); 5. Chronic liver disease or cirrhosis (Child-Pugh grade > A); 6. Pregnant or nursing patients; 7. Patients with hemorrhagic diseases; 8. Patients with aneurysms (patients with severe vascular diseases); 9. Patients with hypertension and diabetes without proper treatment.
