Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese patients received painless gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (Anhui Provincial Hospital), BMI >=30 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA III-IV; 2. Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding tendency; 3. Patients with heart disease (such as heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 4. Pulmonary diseases (such as asthma, COPD, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema, etc.); 5. Pregnancy; 6. Liver failure, renal failure, oropharyngeal malformations; 7. Allergic to dacronine, propofol, or sufentanil.
