Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet at least one of the following three lipid indexes: (1) Cholesterol (TC) : 200-278mg/dL or 5.2-7.2mmol/L; (2) Triglyceride (TG) : 150-200mg/dL or 1.7-2.3 mmol/L; (3) Low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) : 130-188mg/dL or 3.4-4.9 mmol/L; 2. No gender limitation; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Normal blood pressure (systolic pressure below 140mmHg, diastolic pressure below 90mmHg); 5. Not taking lipid-lowering drugs in nearly half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients with severe complications, serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental patients, and persons unable to take care of themselves; 4. Patients with asthma, alcoholism, hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors and those receiving hormone therapy; 5. Those who cannot eat the tested samples according to regulations, or whose data are incomplete, affecting the efficacy judgment; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 7. The researchers did not consider clinical subjects suitable for other reasons.
