Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Elective knee or hip replacement is planned; 3. ASA grade II - III; 4. The method of anesthesia is combined anesthesia with static inhalation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the test consent; 2. Have neuropsychiatric diseases, or have a history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; 3. Injuries with craniocerebral or cephalic lesions; 4. Visual and hearing impairment and difficulty in communication; 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. There are metal implanted devices in the body; 7. Substance or alcohol abusers; 8. The score of the Simple Mental Scale (MMSE) is less than 15 points; 9. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (such as severe hepatitis and renal failure).
