Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for melasma and have been confirmed by dermatologists; 2. Typical skin lesions can be seen on both cheeks with symmetrical distribution; 3. Aged 18-60 years; 4. Voluntary principle, able to cooperate with the completion of the whole treatment cycle and follow-up, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients, breastfeeding, minors and other special groups; 2. Patients with other facial lesions (other primary or secondary lesions except plaques); 3. Patients with advanced vitiligo and scar constitution (history of hypertrophic scar or keloid); 4. Previous history of photolinear dermatosis and photoinduced epilepsy; 5. Sunburn within 2 weeks; Local topical use of resorcinol, hydroquinone, arbutin, retinoic acid drugs within 1 month; Treatment with laser or optical equipment within 3 months; 6. Take anticoagulant drugs, antiplatelet drugs and retinoids within 6 months; 7. Taking birth control pills or immunosuppressants (including hormones, cytotoxic drugs, monoclonal antibodies, etc.).
