20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery, ASA grade I or II; 2. Aged between 20 and 60 years, BMI between 18 and 27 kg /m^2, and duration of surgery between 1 and 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent severe upper respiratory tract infection, lung infection and other diseases; 2. Preoperative history of intraocular surgery; 3. Identify the difficult airway before surgery; 4. Preoperative symptoms of intraocular hypertension and glaucoma were clearly observed; 5. Preoperative hyperthyroidism, diabetes, hypertension and other serious complications of cardiovascular system; 6. Preoperative administration of iOP drugs; 7. Allergic to narcotic drugs.
