Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <32 weeks, weight <1500g, hospitalized in neonatology department within 1 week after birth; 2. Single live births; 3. Parents sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who were discharged, abandoned treatment or died before the gestational age reached 36 weeks were corrected; 2. Cases with incomplete and unreliable clinical data and unclear medical history; 3. Severe congenital heart disease, chromosomal disease, genetic metabolic disease and other serious malformations.
