Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5 (DSM-5); 2. The Hamilton depression rating scale (Hamilton rating scale for which HAMD) 17 scoring 18 points or more; 3. Aged between 12 and 65 years, gender, education level, occupation and economic status are not limited; 4. No serious heart, liver, kidney disease, anencephalic organ disease, no tumor, blood history, rheumatism, malnutrition, neurological degeneration and other diseases; 5. Right-handed; 6. Get informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other mental illness, or the onset of depression secondary to other mental illness or physical illness; 2. A history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances; 3. Patients who were breastfeeding, pregnant or at risk of becoming pregnant during the study period.
