Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for Western Medicine: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (2) Aged 18-55 years, gender unlimited; (3) Total score of PANSS >= 60; (4) Junior high school or above education level; (5) Signed by the patient's legal guardian or himself. 2. Inclusion criteria of TCM: (1) Main symptoms: hyperactivity, manic restlessness, disturbance and restlessness, destruction of objects beating and scolding, moving and much anger; (2) Concurrent symptoms: upset not sleep, mouth dirty spray people, dipsia drink, constipation, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, yellow tongue, yellow moss thick greasy, pulse is strong. The above main symptoms see two, concurrent symptoms see two, see the tongue pulse can be diagnosed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of a clinically significant, serious, uncontrolled physical disease; 2. Accompanied by other mental diseases, mental retardation or personality disorders; 3. Refractory schizophrenia; 4. Previous history of antipsychotic malignant syndrome; 5. Patients who have received non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the last 6 months; 6. Previous history of alcohol and drug dependence and abuse; 7. Significant risk of suicide or uncontrollable violent impulsive behavior; 8. Patients with obvious visual and hearing impairment.
