18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 55 years (no gender limit) undergoing elective minor surgery; 2. Patients with BMI between 18.5 and 23.9, ASA (I-?) and heart function (I-?) levels.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with hematological diseases including leukemia, abnormal coagulation function and severe anemia; 2. Complicated with endocrine system diseases including hyperthyroidism and Cushing's syndrome; 3. Blood pressure: Systolic blood pressure is above 145mmHg, diastolic pressure is below 60mmHg; 4. Complicated with severe damage of liver and kidney function, diabetes and malignant tumor; 5. Menstruating women and patients with hyperlipidemia; 6. Patients who also participated in other studies.
