18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End-stage liver disease due to various causes; 2. Primary liver cancer (HCC) without distant metastasis or invasion of large vessels; 3. Cardiopulmonary function can tolerate liver transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypermagnesia before surgery; 2. Hypothyroidism; 3. Combined with other organ transplant patients; 4. Patients refuse to participate in clinical trials.
