Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 18-75 years; 2. Cholangiocarcinoma of the hilar was confirmed by laboratory, imaging or pathological examination; 3. Serum total bilirubin technology > 35µmol/L; 4. Advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma, loss of surgical opportunity, informed consent of patient or family members; 5. With the indication of ERCP; 6. Karnofsky score > 40; 7. Can tolerate chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, kidney and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Unable to tolerate endoscopic surgery.
