Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as extensive invasive periodontitis without systemic diseases, aged between 18 and 30 years. 2. Body Mass Index: 18.5-23.9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction. 2. Patients with systemic diseases. 3. Patients with mental illness.
