Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, ICD-10 F32 criteria for the diagnosis of depressive episodes, diagnosed by a specialist; SCD-Q score > 3; 2. Aged >=60 years; 3. Education level above primary school, no obvious hearing or visual impairment, able to communicate well and accurately understand the content of the scale; 4. No serious physical disability, serious illness in bed or extreme weakness, can cooperate with the study; 5. Patients and their families sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Depression associated with organic brain disease, severe physical disease, psychoactive substance dependence, and secondary to other organic diseases; 2. Patients who are reluctant to talk about their past experiences; 3. Participate in other research projects.
