Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nationality: Han nationality; 2. Aged 18-50 years; 3. Handedness: right-handed; 4. Diagnostic criteria: consistent with the diagnosis of schizophrenia in DSM-V; 5. Duration >=3 months, the type and dose of antipsychotics currently used stabilized within 8 weeks; 6. Total score of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) >=50 (moderate severe); 7. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score < 26; 8. Patients or their legal guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form; 9. Able to cooperate to complete the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from color blindness, color weakness, deafness, stuttering and other conditions; 2. Taking immunosuppressive agents, microbiological agents, cytokines or antibiotics within the past 3 months; 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and other intestinal diseases, diarrhea and abnormal stool routine examination in the last 3 months; 4. Diet has changed significantly in the past 3 months; 5. Participated in any investigational drug trial within the past 30 days; 6. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding or plan to become pregnant during the study period; 7. Patients with organic encephalopathy or neurological diseases or with other mental diseases; 8. Cardiopulmonary function test results are poor, very poor; 9. Patients who are not fit for exercise, such as fractures, or suffer from diseases with high risk of exercise, such as hypertension and heart disease; 10. Moderate intensity exercise for more than 100 minutes per week.
