Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periodontitis who have completed basic treatment and periodontal surgery; 2. The single tooth in the mandibular posterior tooth area is missing and has sufficient bone, so it is hoped to adopt implant restoration; 3. Healthy and non-smoker.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled periodontal disease; 2. Used antibiotics, hormones or immunosuppressants within 6 months; 3. Patients who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant within 2 years.
