Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-?; 3. Elective non-cardiac and non-neurosurgical operations under general anesthesia; 4. Patients and their families agree to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diabetic complications (diabetic nephropathy, ocular complications, diabetic foot and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications); 2. Combined with neuropsychiatric diseases, such as senile dementia, Parkinson's disease, mental illness, etc.; 3. There was cognitive dysfunction before surgery, and the MMSE score was lower than the corresponding educational threshold value: illiterate 6 years) <=23 points; 4. Severe hearing and vision impairment, unable to understand and cooperate with delirium assessment; 5. The operation time is less than 30 minutes, and the stable period of anesthesia cannot be identified; 6. Preoperative delirium.
