Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are evaluated with SCID-P who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV) on alcohol dependence and have completed drug replacement treatment for the acute withdrawal period; 2. Age: 18-65 years old; 3. No obvious withdrawal symptoms, and the "Alcohol-dependent Withdrawal syndrome rating scale" 3 points; 4. Exexpiratory alcohol concentration =0; 5. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; 2. A clear history of epileptiform or tremor; 3. Currently taking drugs for psychological thirst, such as naltrexone, acanan acid, etc.; or are receiving systemic psychological therapy; 4. Those with a history of dependence on stimulants, anesthetics and sedative and hypnotics; 5. Hamilton Depression Scale (Hamilton rating scale for depression, HAMD) 17 points of 18 points; 6. Those with serious suicidal tendency (assessed by the Beck Suicide ideation Scale); 7. Patients with severe or unstable somatic diseases; 8. Take other alcohol withdrawal-related drugs, such as benzodiazepines, antidepressants, antispasticity drugs, etc.
