Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke adopted at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, the patient was diagnosed with stroke by craniocerebral CT or MRI; 2. Subthreshold depression diagnostic criteria: the total score of the 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale was = 18 years; 4. Course of disease <= 3 months; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of serious physical diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and mental illness; 2. Consciousness disorder, aphasia, severe cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients who are taking antidepressants or participating in clinical interventions to improve depression.
