40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD stable stage, aged 40-80 years; 2. Clear awareness; 3. Have normal communication skills; 4. Have independent athletic ability; 5. No other regular exercise in the past 6 months; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental illness; 2. Complicated with cardiac dysfunction, unstable angina pectoris or arrhythmia, active tuberculosis, malignant tumor and other diseases; 3. Associated with lower limb fracture or neurological disease affecting lower limb movement.
