18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II level; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. BMI 18-24kg/m^2; 4. Normal communication; 5. Volunteers and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic cough; 2. Recent upper respiratory tract infection; 3. History of chronic pain; 4. Asthma; 5. Smoking; 6. Use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and steroids or bronchodilators; 7. Allergic to experimental anesthetic drugs.
