Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Being the main family caregiver of patients with cognitive impairment at present, and conforming to caring for patients at least 4 days per week, with an average of more than 3 hours per day; 2. The patients with cognitive impairment were diagnosed as mild or moderate dementia, and the MMSE score was 10-24 points; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Have Internet access and own a computer or iPad; 5. Able to complete iSupport learning, online communication and 36-week follow-up as required; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious mental or physical illness; 2. Have taken iSupport or other similar care training courses (online or offline); 3. Work in professional cognitive care.
