18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 13 C-urea breath test (13 C-UBT) or 14 C-urea breath test (14 C-UBT) positive; 2. The rapid urease test of gastroscopy biopsy was positive; 3. Confirmed by histopathological examination; 4. Monoclonal antibody fecal antigen test positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 75 years; 2. Pregnancy, lactation, serious concomitant diseases, malignant tumors, allergic study drugs, severe ulcer bleeding or perforation, history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, previous treatment with H. pylori, PPI or antibiotics within 4 weeks.
