Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis of gastroscopic biopsy was gastric cancer. The clinical staging of endoscopic ultrasonography or abdominal enhanced CT (CT) was cT2-4N0-3M0, and the tumor was located in the lower third of the stomach; 2. Complete laparoscopic distal gastrectomy D2 lymph node dissection; 3. Age 18-75, regardless of gender; 4. It can tolerate the cardiopulmonary function of radical gastrectomy; 5. Abide by the research protocol and sign the informed consent form; 6. Complete case information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. If distant metastasis is found before or during operation, radical gastrectomy cannot be performed; 2. Those who cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery or refuse surgery; 3. Cerebrovascular injury or serious heart disease occurred in recent 6 months; 4. Epilepsy history, central nervous system disease or mental disease history, hindering research cooperation; 5. Other diseases that seriously affect the survival time; 6. Organ transplantation requiring immunosuppressive therapy; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Participate in other clinical studies.
