Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years, = 70 years; 2. Helicobacter pylori infection was confirmed by positive 13C breath test; 3. Conform to H Evidence of Pylori eradication (according to the Fifth National Consensus Report on H. Pylori Infection Treatment); 4. The quadruple regimen of amoxicillin+clarithromycin bismuth has not been used to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in the past; 5. No helicobacter pylori treatment in recent three months; 6. No antibacterial drugs or bismuth agents have been used in the past 4 weeks, and no proton pump inhibitors have been used in the past 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are allergic to any drug in this study protocol; 2. Previous gastric surgery; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Combined with other serious system diseases, such as severe liver disease, heart disease, brain disease, lung disease, kidney disease, alcoholism, malignant tumor, etc; 5. Those with poor compliance or inability to cooperate with others, such as mental symptoms, drug addiction, and severe neurocognitive impairment.
