Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>65 years; 2. Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for hip fracture; 3. Those who do not have surgery contraindication after admission; 4. Detailed case data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture; 2. Compound injuries; 3. Bilateral hip fractures; 4. Those who have received more than grade 2 operation within one month before and after the operation.
